Your Agent, Erika

Erika has had the pleasure of calling the Queen City home since 1998, after originally moving from Orange County, California to Cary, NC in 1996.  Her high motivation for her professional career has set the stepping stones into her success as a Realtor from the start.  Before obtaining her real estate license in 2007, she worked as a litigation paralegal and mortgage loan processor.  Through her multi-faceted experience in the industry, she gained requisite understanding of not only the financial aspect of a real estate transaction, but the skills to seamlessly navigate and conduct the negotiation process. Erika uses this skill-set, along with strong communication, to make buying and selling your home a timely and positive experience with the utmost competency, from start to closing.  With a thorough knowledge of the area and up-to-date market trends, she is an excellent source of education and advocacy for her clients. 

Erika, who is fluent in Spanish, has worked with an array of clientele including buyers and sellers, investors, developers, those being relocated to the Charlotte area, and Spanish-speaking clients. Along with being an outstanding Realtor, she is a very proud mother to three beautiful children, Angie, Matt, and Jazz.  Erika is a fervid sports fan and foodie.  She actively supports her local sports organizations, the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte Hornets, and can tell you all of the cities best Sushi spots.  She enjoys soccer sessions with her youngest daughter, playing on her co-ed softball team, and working out at her local gym.
